What kind of women come to our workshops?

  • Women in senior or critical roles in organisations, who have stretching assignments or people challenges and have no-one they can truly open up to in the workplace.

  • Ambitious women who want to progress further in their career and have the savvy to know they need a helping hand.

  • Entrepreneurs/Business Owners, who want to build or grow successful businesses and who miss having a sounding board.
  • Women who are at a crossroads, considering making some sort of change and aren’t sure if they can or even if they really want to.

  • Women who have already made the leap from a long standing career and realise they want to make a difference in their latter years.

RECIPRO women are willing to go deep, be curious about what they really want and how they are going to get there, and at the same time support others to be successful too. If this sounds like you, then contact us to find out how we can accelerate your success.

Whether you are at a crossroads in your career or your life, or simply want to make this  your best personal and professional year ever then this workshop is for you.

I had a great job, earning great money and was on my way up the career ladder. Yet why didn’t I feel successful?

Why I know women like you can be successful authentic leaders and have fun along the way!

I was lying in bed late one morning, not long after leaving a job I had been in for twenty-six years (well, I deserved a rest!), when the phone rang. It was an old colleague and friend. We had a lot to catch up on, and we were having a lot of fun reconnecting and comparing notes when she told me she was engaged in female leadership.

I have to admit I cringed a little - it all sounded a bit fluffy and girlie to me. But then she sent me some reference material, and what I read really knocked me for six.

Q: Teams the world over....the same or different?

Working with a new client in Vietnam today I was reminded that the same issues occur the world over. This client was quite refreshing; being more aware than most, he realised he had a leadership issue on his hands, evidenced by how a particular team was behaving. But what made this situation more interesting was the “double whammy”, as this dysfunctional team was attempting to collaborate with an outside agency, and relations there were tetchy to say the least. As he described each situation in more and more detail, I actually started panicking! I was thinking “what on earth is the way out of this…”. I felt completely out of my depth.
