Anne Dargan, ACC
Anne is the founder of Rapid Change Consultancy. She is an experienced business manager, business change leader and professional leadership coach with over 25 years experience in BT. Her early career was in IT where she joined the Board of the Belfast-based software engineering centre. She then headed up an e-commerce business unit, leading teams in UK and India, delivering large scale software deliveries in the broadband and internet area.
Her career took a turn when she switched from technology to people! Initially she held several dedicated people development roles and then led several major, corporate wide, transformation programmes aimed at driving behavioural and cultural change. She worked with senior executive management teams across the organisation, building strong coalitions to drive changes affecting professional services employees in all of BT’s operating units worldwide.
Anne is a Certified Leadership Coach and a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has 7 years experience coaching CEOs, directors, and leaders from across the public, private and voluntary sectors. Her clients are diverse and include Tyco, Concern Worldwide, Premier Power, Women in Business, Oxfam Ireland and BT. In 2010 she delivered the first ICF accredited coach training in Ireland. Anne is an experienced workshop leader and facilitator. She has designed and delivered development programmes around leadership, high performing teams and performance conversations.
