Why I know women like you can be successful authentic leaders and have fun along the way!

I was lying in bed late one morning, not long after leaving a job I had been in for twenty-six years (well, I deserved a rest!), when the phone rang. It was an old colleague and friend. We had a lot to catch up on, and we were having a lot of fun reconnecting and comparing notes when she told me she was engaged in female leadership.  

I have to admit I cringed a little - it all sounded a bit fluffy and girlie to me. But then she sent me some reference material, and what I read really knocked me for six. For every pitfall or challenge that was mentioned, I was thinking 'check', 'check' and 'check' again. I remember saying to myself, 'If only I had known before what I know now, everything would have been so much better'. And it dawned on me that my knowledge and my hard won experience could - and must! - be used to benefit others.

So we created RECIPRO, a programme designed specifically to support women in leading naturally, confidently and becoming wildly successful!

And it is so much fun! There is nothing more exciting than experiencing professional women getting crystal clear about what they want from their lives and as leaders.  Supporting these women as they share the great leaps and changes they made as a result of our sessions is truly inspiring.  This is the environment where genuine connections and lasting friendships develop as these amazing women are guided towards making their ideas and aspirations possible.  Experiencing amazing progress and new energy is the norm. RECIPRO makes a real difference.
